Black Bean Soup


Black bean soup can help regenerate red blood cells, improve body immune system, detox and reduce wind.


  • 50 g black bean
  • 20 g wolfberries
  • 3 red dates
  • 3 black dates
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 1500 ml water
  • 250 g chicken or pork bones


  • Blanch bones in boiling water, remove
  • Boil all the ingredients over high heat, reduce fire and simmer for 2 hours
