Checklist: What To Pack For Your Trip With Your Baby?

As a mom, going on a trip with their child can be very challenging. Surprisingly, little travellers need a lot of stuff and they sure take up a lot of packing space! Whether it is domestic or international travel, here’s a checklist of items that can make travelling so much easier and efficient too!

Stroller

A stroller is your everyday essential whenever you travel with your child. As your child gets older, it is better to use a smaller and more compact lightweight stroller. You can get a stroller that folds up in one click. The lighter the stroller, the easier it is to push, travel with, pack in the car, carry up stairs, and etc.

Diaper Bag

A diaper bag is a perfect spot to store all your essentials in one place. A lightweight diaper bag is easy to travel with, but you can also get a diaper bag that has pockets or pouches for literally everything where you can have a section to store your personal items too!

First Aid Kit

You never know what can happen during a trip and you definitely want to be prepared for the worst. In case of emergency, first aid kit can ensure your baby to stay healthy and comfortable throughout the whole trip.

What should be inside your baby’s first aid kit? Baby thermometer, baby brush, cotton balls and other necessities. REMINDER: Always discuss for any medications and treatments with your pediatrician before administering them to your baby.

Insulated Bottles

Having an insulated bottle always makes your life easier especially when there is limited access to a fridge. Using an insulated bottle keeps your baby’s milk nice and cool and more fresh in the long run. But it does not mean you can reuse or store old milk in them!

Formula Milk

If you are currently breastfeeding, then pay no attention to this. However, if your baby is drinking formula already, this is a must-pack! You need to bring a decent supply of extra formula with you because you can’t be sure of how your baby would react to another country’s brand of formula milk.

Snacks and Toys

While you are travelling, it is always a brilliant idea to bring your child’s favourite snacks and toys along. It is a great way to keep them busy, especially on the plane.
