Your six-month-old baby is going to sleep around 14 to 15 hours per day. During daytime, he would sleep around 3 to 4 hours. As opposed to having three naps during the day time, you might notice your baby only naps twice a day.

During nighttime, your baby would sleep for 10 to 11 hours. If you six-month-old baby is waking up in the middle of the night, he might either suffer from illness or teething pain. Or he just wants to be fed more due to his growth spurt.
