First and foremost, bring your child to see a doctor. Your child will be provided with medicines that can help ease the pain. Although gastric can be a common issue, there are some risks on developing cancer!

After your appointment with the doctor, there are some tips that I can share to maintain your child’s health so that they won’t suffer from gastric again!

From my personal experience, the most important thing is you should control your child’s food diet and intake. Listen, I know it may seem easy but here are some foods that your child should avoid!

  1. Coffee
  2. Carbonated Drinks (Kids love this! But cross this out.)

  4. Boba Milk Tea
  5. Processed Food

Always remember to check on your child. If they’re still complaining about the pain, go on another check-up and please don’t delay! Their health is your number one priority and concern.
