Mummies and daddies, here’s how you do it. KLIA Ekspres recently revised their chargeable travelling age group and introduced their new child fare age range. And guess what? Children below age 6 get to travel for FREE! Meanwhile, if your children are between the ages of 6 through 15, they are now entitled to the Child fare. Previously, the Adult fare was applicable for children ages 13 and above.
With this exciting announcement, families with younger children will reap the benefits of riding the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit.

This revised age group guideline is applicable on both KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services, which means more kids can travel now with greater savings on the parents!
Adult Fare tickets can be purchased via www.KLIAekspres.com and the free Child Fare ticket can then be redeemed at the Ticketing Counter. Do note that a Single Adult Fare One-way ticket can claim a maximum of only THREE free Child Fare ticket, and it is only applicable for one-way travel. So if you mummies and daddies have purchased a pair of Return tickets each, remember to redeem the free Child Fare return ticket prior to your ride back.
Be sure to show proof of age by using your children’s MyKid or passport! All free child tickets are only valid for 10 minutes upon issuance so make sure to claim the tickets only when you are ready to board the train.
The one-way Adult ticket is available at RM55 while 6-15 year olds travel on a Child ticket rate of RM25 only. But you can get 10% off if you buy tickets online through www.KLIAekspres.com or the KLIA Ekspres App!
