He tied the knot with his wife, Norazah Redzuan back in 2003. Together, they are currently celebrating one of the happiest chapters of their marriage ever since.
“My thumb moves in round circles whenever I’m nervous,” he confessed us. He added, “Did you know? I didn’t like furry felines (cats) before. Now, I cannot live without them.” He certainly does, as Mark owns a family of cats! And his cat just gave birth a month ago, too.

Hi, Mark! What are you up to these days? Any upcoming projects?
Right now, I’m very excited to announce my upcoming project. I will be filming a few dramas. One of the projects is ‘Bisik Bisik Gelora’. This is the first time I’m going to act in a serious role.
Any favourite colour or design that you will be wearing this coming Hari Raya? What is your favourite and why?
Right now, I’m collaborating with Bumsnbums for their Raya collection. We are offering the best festive collection that can be worn by the entire family. I just love their collection because it is made from the best materials and there are plenty of colours to choose from.
Do you think it is important to go to the gym and keep fit, especially for those who have become husbands or fathers?
It is very important for husbands or fathers because we are leaders of a family. It is our responsibility to ensure everyone is in good health.
What is your favourite working out routine or sports?
I absolutely love boxing and basketball.
What about Hari Raya preparations? Any big festivity that you are currently planning now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted?
As usual, the most important thing when it comes to Raya is visiting. I try to keep it modest. But at the same time, I’m glad that we are able to visit our loved ones.
What is your favourite Raya dish?
Rendang daging and sambal telur. These two are my absolute favourites of all time.
What is the one thing about Hari Raya that you will always cherish? Do you have a nostalgic moment while celebrating Hari Raya with your mum?
I never had the opportunity to celebrate Hari Raya with my mum because we both have different beliefs. But I do love celebrating it with my loved ones and my mother-in-law every year. It feels so special to me.
In honour of Mother’s Day which is around the corner, what have you learned since becoming a husband?
The one thing that I have learned is when you take good care of your mum, everything comes in full circle as God will take good care of you, too. Rizq and Heaven are from them—mothers as well as your wife, who will likely become a mother one day too.
Can you tell us, what is the one thing about your mother that people may not know?
I remember when I was young and being a kid at that time, my mother never scolded me or became angry whenever I did something wrong. That’s the one thing about her that probably most people don’t know.
She always talks to me nicely and teaches me the right ways when growing up to become a good human being. She hugs me every time. And she still feeds me like I’m a little kid until now, whenever I go back home. I miss her, always.
