Iye lah, kalau dah dekat dengan laut, makanan laut yang disediakan tentu segar-bugar belaka!<\/p>\n<p>Sama ada bercuti dengan keluarga atau kawan-kawan, salah satu item di menu yang wajib dipesan tentu sekali hidangan &#8216;sotong goreng tepung&#8217;. Bukan saja sedap, tapi senang untuk di makan juga, ala-ala <em>finger food<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Mommy pernah cuba mana-mana resepi sotong goreng tepung sendiri? Kalau boleh, dapatkan sotong yang paling segar supaya sotong yang sudah dimasak nanti berasa lembut didalam dan tidak liat.<\/p>\n<p>Selepas sotong dibersihkan dan dipotong, letak sedikit cuka epal sebelum diperap dengan bawang putih, kunyit, lada hitam, dan lada sulah. Ketepikan perapan sotong ini dahulu.<\/p>\n<p>Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Kemudian, dalam bekas lain, pukul telur sehingga kuning dan putih telur sebati. Pastikan semua bahagian sotong disalut dengan sempurna.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, masukkan sotong satu per satu dalam kuali yang panas tadi dengan api sederhana. Jangan masukkan semua sotong sekaligus, kerana ini boleh menyebabkan suhuh minyak turun dan adunan tepung tidak akan menjadi garing.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah sotong nampak keperang-perangan, Mommy boleh keluarkan sotong dengan menggunakan penapis besi dan toskan di atas tisu dapur.<\/p>\n<p>Goreng sotong selebihnya.<\/p>\n<p>Jika Mommy nak hidangan cepat dan pantas, boleh juga guna tepung Bestari, dan perap dalam tepung bersama air, dan siap! Boleh terus goreng.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahan Tepung Salutan:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>600 gram sotong (saiz sederhana)<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar cuka epal<\/li>\n<li>1 biji kecil bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 sudu teh garam<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 sudu teh lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 sudu teh lada sulah<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar minyak masak<\/li>\n<li>1 cawan tepung gandum<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cawan tepung jagung<\/li>\n<li>2 biji telur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cara-Cara Penyediaan:<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">1.
