Sapukan loyang muffin dengan mentega..<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambil 1 cawan oat dan masukkan ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blender<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> atau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">food processor.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hancurkan oat selama 30 saat atau sehingga menjadi pekat seperti tepung jagung. Jangan terlebih hancur, kerana oat itu akan menjadi seperti tepung yang melekit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan sekali oat, tepung oat, serbuk penaik, kulit kayu manis, dan garam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam mangkuk sederhana, campur bersama pisang lenyek, telur, susu, sirap, minyak kelapa, dan ekstrak vanilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan bahan masak ke dalam bahan kering dan campurkan sehingga rata. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kacau secara perlahan carrot yang dicincang, kismis, dan buah pala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan adunan oat ke dalam loyang muffin sehingga penuh. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bakar selama 30 minit atau sehingga bahagian atas muffin perang &#8211; keperangan.
