Sapukan loyang muffin dengan mentega..<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambil 1 cawan oat dan masukkan ke dalam blender atau food processor. Hancurkan oat selama 30 saat atau sehingga menjadi pekat seperti tepung jagung. Jangan terlebih hancur, kerana oat itu akan menjadi seperti tepung yang melekit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan sekali oat, tepung oat, serbuk penaik, kulit kayu manis, dan garam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di dalam mangkuk sederhana, campur bersama pisang lenyek, telur, susu, sirap, minyak kelapa, dan ekstrak vanilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan bahan masak ke dalam bahan kering dan campurkan sehingga rata. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kacau secara perlahan raspberri beku yang dicincang, cip coklat, dan chia seed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan adunan oat ke dalam loyang muffin sehingga penuh. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bakar selama 30 minit atau sehingga bahagian atas muffin perang &#8211; keperangan. Sejukkan sedikit dan hidang.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Umur<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Sesuai untuk bayi (8 bulan dan ke atas) dan untuk kanak-kanak.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa Penyediaan<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 10 minit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa Masak<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 30 minit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasil<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 12 Oat Cawan<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penyimpanan<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: di dalam bekas kedap udara di dalam peti sejuk selama 5 hari<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beku<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Masukkan oat cawan di dalam beg sejuk beku, keluarkan semua udara, tutup dan beku, dan boleh disimpan selama 6 bulan.
