Buat Mommy yang merancang untuk hamil dan akan bersalin tidak lama lagi, kini terdapat satu berika baik buat anda!<\/p>\n<p>Menurut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.therakyatpost.com\/trpbm\/berita\/2022\/03\/22\/kerajaan-panjangkan-cuti-bersalin-selama-98-hari-kepada-ibu-baru-bersalin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TheRakyatPost<\/a>, rang undang-undang yang ditetapkan oleh kerajaan telah menambah bilangan cuti bersalin berbayar daripada 60 hari kepada 98 hari.<\/p>\n<p>Cuti paterniti juga telah diberikan iaitu selama tujuh hari kepada para suami bagi menguruskan isteri dan bayi mereka.<\/p>\n<p><small>Highlighted<\/small><div class='nuren-tag' data-nuren-zone='story_ng_zone' style='max-width:600px;margin: 0 auto;'><\/div><br><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18401\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer.jpg\" alt=\"cuti bersalin suami isteri 2022\" width=\"800\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-1024x540.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-768x405.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-370x195.jpg 370w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-570x301.jpg 570w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-770x406.jpg 770w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-1170x617.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/cdn.motherhood.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/23104115\/shutterstock_2128951403-imresizer-1100x580.jpg 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seperti yang dilaporkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.utusan.com.my\/nasional\/2022\/03\/parlimen-cuti-bersalin-kini-98-hari-cuti-paterniti-lelaki-7-hari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Utusan Malaysia<\/a>, Timbalan Menteri Sumber Manusia, Datuk Awang Hashim menyatakan,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cuti paterniti ini amat penting bagi menenangkan emosi isteri yang masih penat dan belum stabil serta menguruskan pendaftaran anak.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Terdapat beberapa syarat untuk\u00a0seseorang pekerja itu diluluskan bagi mendapat cuti paterniti iaitu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sudah berkahwin.<\/li>\n<li>Bekerja 12 bulan dengan majikan yang sama.<\/li>\n<li>Memaklumkan kepada majikan 30 hari sebelum isteri bersalin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Awang Hisham turut menjelaskan bahawa cuti tersebut boleh diambil bermula dari hari isteri bersalin.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjutan ini diberikan ketika Rang Undang-undang Kerja (Pindaan) 2021 diluluskan selepas mendapat sokongan ahli Dewan Rakyat melalui undian suara.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Majikan Tidak Dibenarkan Memecat Pekerja Yang Hamil\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Berdasarkan Akta Kerja 1955 yang diluluskan di Dewan Rakyat pada hari yang sama, majikan kini tidak dibenarkan untuk memecat pekerja yang hamil.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan pindaan tersebut, ia membolehkan pekerja seperti Mommy dan suami untuk memohon masa yang lebih fleksibel.
