Di dalam cawan pengukur cecair yang besar, kacau gula di dalam air sehingga larut. Tambah yis, kacau, dan ketepikan adunan sehingga berbuih, lebih kurang 5 minit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kacau lebihan minyak zaitun ke dalam campuran yis. Masukkan tepung dan garam ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">food processor<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">blend<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> beberapa kali. Masukkan campuran ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">food processor<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang sama semasa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">food processor <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">masih <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">blend<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tepung dan garam. Apabila bahan-bahan sudah berkumpul menjadi bola, biarkan mesin berjalan selama 15 saat lagi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salutkan tangan dan permukaan dengan tepung, kemudian uli doh selama 30 saat. Masukkan doh ke dalam mangkuk yang disediakan dan salutkan dengan minyak. Tutup mangkuk dan ketepikan sehingga saiz doh berganda, lebih kurang 1 jam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk membuat pizza, panaskan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oven<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kepada 425 darjah. Taburkan tepung jagung ke atas kertas minyak. Pukul doh, setengahkan, dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">roll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kan setiap bahagian kepada bentuk bola. Biarkan selama 10 minit, kemudian penyekkan dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">roll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> setiap bola menjadi 12&#215;16 inci empat. (Bahagian lebihan boleh dibekukan maksimum selama 1 bulan).
