Sapukan loyang dengan mentega, letakkan kertas minyak, kemudian sapukan mentega ke atas kertas minyak yang dimasukkan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di dalam mangkuk kecil, pukul \u2154 cawan gula bersama hirisan kulit buah oren. Tambahkan bahan kering dan pukul sehingga sebati. Di dalam mangkuk besar, dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hand mixer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">set <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0kepada kelajuan tinggi, pukul bersama 5 kuning telur, minyak, susu, dan vanilla. Campurkan adunan dan pukul sehingga sebati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di dalam mangkuk besar, dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hand mixer <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">yang di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">set<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kepada kelajuan tinggi, pukul 4 putih telur berbuih, lebih kurang 1 \u00bd minit. Tambahkan lebihan gula dan pukul sehingga buih pekat timbul, lebih kurang 1 minit. Lipat putih telur ke dalam adunan, kemudian tuang ke atas kertas minyak yang disediakan. Gunakan spatula untuk ratakan. Bakar sehingga bahagian atas kek berwarna keperang-perangan, lebih kurang 15 minit. Sejukkan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sementara itu, sediakan inti. Di dalam mangkuk kecil, toskan berri, gula, dan hirisan kulit buah oren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di dalam mangkuk besar, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">set<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">kan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hand mixer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kepada kelajuan tinggi, pukul lebihan bahan sehingga berbuih, lebih kurang 2 minit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ratakan inti ke dalam kek, kosongkan 1 inci lilitan luar. Taburkan berri di atas. Bermula daripada hujung yang pendek, gulung kek, biarkan kertas minyak tanggal.
