Di dalam mangkuk bersaiz sederhana, pukul bersama telur dan susu. Tambah tomato kering, oregano, garam, lada, dan \u00bd cawan mozarella dan kacau sehingga sebati. Ketepikan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali 10 inci yang selamat dimasukkan ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oven<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, di atas api sederhana. Tambahkan bawang dan masak, kacau selalu, sehingga lembut, lebih kurang 4 minit. Masukkan cendawan dan zucchini dan sambung masak dan kacau, sehingga sayuran menjadi lembut, lebih kurang 7 minit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ratakan sayuran dengan sama rata di dalam kuali. Masukkan adunan telur di atas sayuran dan masak tanpa kacau sehingga frittata mula untuk siap di permukaan bawah kuali, lebih kurang 3 minit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taburkan lebihan keju dan pepperoni. Letakkan kuali di dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oven<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan masak sehingga frittata siap, lebih kurang 15 minit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gunakan spatula tahan haba untuk mengalihkan frittata ke atas pinggan.
