Pada pendapat saya, yogurt ini lebih kurang sama dengan yogurt <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Greek<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, tapi tanpa gula tambahan. Senang untuk dibuat, mengenyangkan, dan tinggi dengan protein!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>BAHAN-BAHAN<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cawan oat bebas gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 bekas (5.3 oz) siggi&#8217;s blueberry atau yogurt kacang vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 pisang separa masak<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 telur<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 sudu teh vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/3 cawan bluberri segar atau beku, tambah untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">topping<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.motherhood.com.my\/?utm_source=story.motherhood.com.my%2Fmy&amp;utm_medium=blog\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Klik di sini untuk dapatkan barangan bayi murah!<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>CARA-CARA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Masukkan semua bahan kecuali bluberri ke dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">blender<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">blend<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sehingga rata. Anda mungkin perlu menambahkan 1 sudu teh atau 2 sudu teh susu badam jika adunan terlalu pekat. Ketepikan adunan untuk beberapa minit supaya adunan pekat. Jika adunan terlalu cair, tambah sedikit oat dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">blend<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> lagi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sapukan kuali dengan mentega di atas api sederhana. Tuang adunan sebanyak \u00bc cawan ke dalam kuali. Tambahkan beberapa bluberri di atas. Masak sehingga adunan berbuih. Terbalikkan penkek dan masak sehingga keperang-perangan. Lap kuali hingga bersih dan ulang dengan langkah pertama iaitu menyapukan kuali dengan mentega, kemudian masak adunan.
