Resepi yang menggunakan bahan utama iaitu ubi kentang akan digaul bersama dengan daging atau ayam dan dimakan dengan sambal kicap.<\/p>\n<p>Kebanyakan orang menyediakan bergedil ayam ini adalah untuk dihidangkan bersama dengan soto ayam untuk mendapatkan rasa yang lebih enak ketika menikmatinya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain dimakan bersama soto ayam, bergedil juga boleh dimakan bersama nasi putih. Malah, ianya juga boleh dimakan begitu sahaja atau pun bersama dengan sos pencicah. Menu ini bukan sahaja disukai oleh golongan dewasa tetapi kanak-kanak juga turut sama menyukainya.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan untuk membuat bergedil juga sangat senang dan mudah didapati di pasaraya atau kedai runcit yang berhampiran. Cara untuk memasak bergedil pula sangat ringkas dan tidak memakan masa yang lama.<\/p>\n<p>Mommy boleh cuba membuat bergedil di rumah dan hidangkan kepada keluarga anda berpandukan resepi yang kami kongsikan ini.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Bergedil Ayam Yang Ringkas\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan kentang:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 biji ubi kentang<\/li>\n<li>150 gram daging ayam kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 biji bawang besar &#8211; potong dadu<\/li>\n<li>1 pokok daun sup dihiris halus<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu besar bawang goreng<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih<\/li>\n<li>1 biji cili merah dicincang kasar<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukup rasa<\/li>\n<li>1 biji telur ayam<\/li>\n<li>Minyak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan sambal kicap:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 biji cili merah<\/li>\n<li>15 biji cili api<\/li>\n<li>2 ulas bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>2 sdk gula<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cawan kicap manis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara Masak Sambal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1. Kemudian goreng kentang sehingg berwarna kuning-kekuningan dan empuk.
