Resepi ini juga boleh dijadikan menu bagi orang yang berada dalam keadaan berpantang. Menu ikan siakap stim ini merupakan satu resepi yang sangat terkenal di negara jiran kita iaitu Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>Ikan siakap stim ini memang sangat sedap dengan campuran rasa pedas, masam dan masinnya yang dimasak dengan sekata. Rasa aroma dari halia, daun serai dan daun ketumbar memang serasi dengan masakan stim ini dan menambahkan lagi kita.<\/p>\n<p>Biasanya resepi ini dimasak dengan cara kukus atau stim. Jika yang tiada periuk kukus Mommy boleh memasaknya dengan menggunakan kuali sahaja. Dua batang serai tadi Mommy ketuk dan masukkan ke dalam perut ikan.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Jikalau Mommy menggunakan stok ayam homemade Mommy boleh kurangkan sediikit air. Kacau rata dan apabila sudah masak Mommy tutup api. Ketepikan seketika.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Mommy tidak perlu risau, rasanya tetap akan sedap.<\/li>\n<li>Jika Mommy dapati kuah kurang masin, Mommy tambahkan sos ikan. Kalau kurang manis, tambahkan saja parutan gula melaka sehingga Mommy berpuas hati dengan rasanya..<\/li>\n<li>Sengaja Mommya tidak masukkan semua bahan kuahke dalam air mendidh tadi dan hanya rendam di dalam kuah yang telah suam supaya ia tidak lecur dan dengan cara ini aroma dan kesegaran bahan-bahan dapat dikekalkan.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk mengetahui sama ada ikan kukus sudah masak atau belum, senang
