Ayam masak halia bukan sahaja untuk orang tua tetapi ianya turut sesuai dimakan oleh kanak- kanak.<\/p>\n<p>Ayam masak halia ini antara menu yang boleh menaikkan selera, malah anak anak Mommy pasti akan berebut-rebut untuk merasai hidangan yang lazat ini. Setelah minyak panas Mommy goreng ayam tadi separuh masak, angkat, tos dan ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Buang minyak tadi, biar tinggal sedikit untuk tumis bawang putih dan halia sehingga keperangan dan berbau wangi. Kemudian Mommy masukkan kembali ayam yang sudah digoreng separuh masak tadi.<\/p>\n<p>#3. Seterusnya masukkan pula sos tiram, kicap cair, dan sedikit taburan lada putih.
