Banyak dijual di bazar ramadan dan memang berpusu-pusu orang ramai yang akan datang membeli untuk dijadikan menu berbuka puasa nanti.<\/p>\n<p>Bila bulan ramadan sudah lama berlalu, mesti terbit rasa rindu kan? Rindu rasanya yang enak dengan isi yang lembut, berpalit pula kuah yang pekat secukup rasa. Terliur rasa!<\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya, menu ini taklah susah sangat. Untuk kuah ayam percik Mommy, masak cili dan bawang putih yang telah dikisar bersama sedikit air. Kuah ayam percik Mommy sudah siap dan Mommy boleh tuangkan ke atas ayam bakar tadi semasa menghidang.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tips atau Petua Memasak Resepi Ayam Percik<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk mendapatkan kuah percik yang sedap, Mommy lebihkan sedikit gula supaya ia sedikit manis.<\/li>\n<li>Asam gelugur tidak boleh dimasak terlalu lama kerana ia boleh menyebabkan rasa masam yang berlebihan. Sekiranya rasa masam sudah mencukupi, Mommy perlu keluarkan asam keping dari kuahnya.<\/li>\n<li>Bagi mendapatkan ayam percik yang sedap.
