Jom sama-sama pelajarinya!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resepi Bihun Sup Ayam<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk bihun:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pek bihun kering<\/li>\n<li>1-2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit<br \/>\nair, untuk rendam bihun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk ditumbuk halus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 biji bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>3 ulas bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>2 inci halia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk kuah sup ayam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ekor ayam<\/li>\n<li>Sedikit minyak<\/li>\n<li>1 pek rempah sup bunjut tulang Adabi<\/li>\n<li>2 batang serai, dititik<\/li>\n<li>Air secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>2 pokok daun sup, ambil batang sahaja<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sudu besar lada hitam, tumbuk kasar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah<\/li>\n<li>1 ketul kiub pati ayam<\/li>\n<li>garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk sambal merah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 senduk minyak<\/li>\n<li>4 sudu besar serbuk cili<\/li>\n<li>1 mangkuk kecil cili kisar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 mangkuk air asam jawa<\/li>\n<li>sedikit sos cili<\/li>\n<li>gula putih dan gula melaka<\/li>\n<li>garam secukup rasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk hiasan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>daun sup<\/li>\n<li>daun bawang<\/li>\n<li>bawang goreng<\/li>\n<li>lobak masin (direbus sekejap)<\/li>\n<li>limau nipis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1. Mommy rendam bihun hingga tenggelam.
