Tapi kalau dekat negeri pantai timur, resepi bubur ayam berlauk atau bubur berlauk ini memang sangat terkenal bahkan boleh dikatakan setiap hari masakan ini ada terjual di kedai-kedai makan.<\/p>\n<p>Bubur nasi ini bukan sahaja sedap tetapi sangat istimewa kerana turut dihidangkan dengan aneka lauk lain seperti telur masin, ikan bilis goreng, sambal, kangkung dan lain-lain lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi mengetahui keenakan rasanya, di bawah ini kami sertakan pilihan resepi untuk Mommy mencubanya.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cara Penyediaan Resepi Bubur Ayam Berlauk<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan bubur :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 cawan beras<\/li>\n<li>3 ketul isi ayam<\/li>\n<li>serai diketuk<\/li>\n<li>3 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)<\/li>\n<li>3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)<\/li>\n<li>1 inci halia (dihiris)<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil halba<\/li>\n<li>1 senduk kecil santan<\/li>\n<li>Garam<\/li>\n<li>Lada hitam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan kangkung goreng belacan :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sayur kangkung<\/li>\n<li>segenggam ikan bilis*<\/li>\n<li>3 ulas bawang putih*<\/li>\n<li>10 tangkai cili padi*<\/li>\n<li>1 tangkai cili merah besar*<\/li>\n<li>1 inci belacan*<\/li>\n<li>garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan tambahan :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>telur masin (direbus)<\/li>\n<li>ikan bilis (digoreng)<\/li>\n<li>bawang merah (dipotong dan digoreng)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara masak bubur nasi :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1. Ambil beras, cuci sehingga bersih dan toskan. Kemudian rebus sehingga beras menjadi lembut. Sukatan untuk air adalah 1 cawan beras bersamaan dengan 7 cawan air. Kalau Mommy rasa masih tidak mencukupi, boleh tambah lagi air.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Masukkan serai, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan juga isi ayam serta halba. Seterusnya, masukkan pula santan. Setelah semua bahan telah masak sempurna, perasakan dengan garam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara masak kangkung goreng belacan :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1.
