Resepi Ayam masak merah kenduri ini memang sesuai dengan menu kenduri kahwin.<\/p>\n<p>Hidangan ini juga adalah menu wajib yang ada apabila menjelang bulan puasa dan juga hari raya. Selain dari menu untuk kenduri, menjelang bulan Ramadan serta hari raya, resipi ayam masak merah ini juga merupakan antara menu pembangkit selera yang wajib dimasak di rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Ayam masak merah kenduri ini menjadi kegemaraan semua orang kerana rasanya yang manis-manis masam dan sedikit pedas.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi Mommy yang mempunyai anak-anak yang masih kecil, pastikan bahan untuk memasak resepi ini tidak pedas dengan menggunakan jenis cili kering yang licin kulitnya dan merah berkilat warnanya serta tambahkan juga sos tomato dan sos cili untuk mendapatkan rasa yang seimbang.<\/p>\n<p>Hidangan ini juga sudah cukup sinonim dan menjadi menu pelengkap di setiap apa jua majlis terutamanya majlis perkahwinan. Selamat mencuba!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resepi Ayam Masak Merah Kenduri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Berikut merupakan senarai bahan-bahan yang diperlukan serta panduan memasak resepi yang sedap mengiurkan ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan kisar untuk 1 ekor ayam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cili kering 15 tangkai<\/li>\n<li>cili merah 3 hingga 5 biji<\/li>\n<li>bawang merah 5 ulas<\/li>\n<li>bawang putih 3 ulas<\/li>\n<li>serai 3 hingga 5 batang<\/li>\n<li>halia<\/li>\n<li>lengkuas<\/li>\n<li>nuah tomato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>santan<\/li>\n<li>sos tomato\/cili<\/li>\n<li>4 sekawan<\/li>\n<li>daun pandan<\/li>\n<li>garam secukup rasa<\/li>\n<li>minyak untuk menumis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara masak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1.
