Malah, <em>International Institute of Sustainable Development<\/em> turut menyatakan bahawa teh merupakan minuman kedua yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia selepas air kosong.<\/p>\n<p>Teh hijau mempunyai pelbagai manfaat dan khasiat kepada tubuh terutamanya untuk diet dan kecantikan diri. Ia berasal dari China dan Jepun serta telah diamalkan selama berabad-abad di seluruh dunia. Teh hijau dibuat dari tumbuhan <em>Camellia Sinensis<\/em> dan ianya tidak ditapai bagi mengekalkan molekul penting iaitu <em>polifenol<\/em>. Oleh sebab itulah, teh hijau mengandungi antioksidan yang paling banyak dan <em>polifenol<\/em> yang bermanfaat serta turut mengandungi kafein.<\/p>\n<p>Tahap pengoksidaan daun juga turut memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan jenis teh. Antara jenis-jenis teh hijau yang boleh didapati adalah seperti berikut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>di dalam botol dan pemanis dengan gula atau pemanis tiruan<\/li>\n<li>dalam bungkusan atau uncang<\/li>\n<li>kepingan daun yang dipotong kecil<\/li>\n<li>serbuk segera<\/li>\n<li>suplemen teh hijau sama ada secara kapsul atau ekstrak cecair<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Khasiat Teh Hijau Beserta Kebaikannya<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Terdapat beberapa khasiat teh hijau iaitu :<\/p>\n<p><strong>#1. Mengatasi tekanan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mengurangkan segala tekanan yang ada dalam diri serta memberi kesegaran.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2. Penurunan berat badan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kajian yang dilakukan mendapati bahawa <em>catechin<\/em> yang terdapat dalam teh hijau mempunyai peranan dalam meningkatkan metabolisma tenaga di mana ia dapat menurunkan berat badan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3.
