Sebelum kita mengenalpasti punca-punca yang menyebabkan stress, cuba kita fahami terlebih dahulu apa itu stress. Stress merupakan desakan atau tekanan yang dihadapi oleh individu disebabkan oleh perkara-perkara yang berlaku dalam hidupnya.<\/p>\n<p>Melihat kepada isu bunuh diri kebelakangan ini yang semakin meningkat serta ramai pesakit yang dirujuk kepada pakar psikiatri membuktikan stress telah menjadi salah satu ancaman utama dalam kehidupan kita.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut kami senaraikan antara punca stress yang sering berlaku dalam kalangan individu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Punca Stress Yang Sering Terjadi Dalam Kehidupan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>#1. Dicurangi oleh pasangan menyebabkan diri mula kehilangan arah sehingga kadang kala mengakibatkan orang sekeliling turut merasa tekanannya terutama anak-anak.<\/p>\n<p>Cabaran dalam membesarkan anak-anak juga boleh membuat kita tertekan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#7. Tidak semua bertuah mendapat kerja mengikut kehendak hati, namun terpaksa bekerja demi kelangsungan hidup.<\/p>\n<p>Keadaan ini bertambah serius jika sering dibuli di tempat kerja atau mendapat majikan yang \u2018kuku besi\u2019. Menempuh perjalanan ke tempat kerja juga sudah membuat kita stress apabila terpaksa menghadap kesesakan jalan raya yang lama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#8.
