Resepi ini juga sering dijadikan menu wajib yang dijual di kedai-kedai makan.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau Mommy sering berkunjung ke kedai atau restoran yang menghidangkan pelbagai aneka menu masakan tengah hari, Mommy pasti perasan ikan keli berlada ini sangat cepat habis.<\/p>\n<p>Disebabkan ia sangat digemari, melalui perkongsian kali ini kami kongsikan resepi masak berlada ini untuk dijadikan rujukan Mommy memasak nanti. Selamat mencuba!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cara Penyediaan Resepi Ikan Keli Berlada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seekor ikan keli yang bersaiz besar<\/li>\n<li>5 ulas bawang putih*<\/li>\n<li>2 biji bawang besar*<\/li>\n<li>12 batang cili merah*<\/li>\n<li>5 biji cili padi* (Boleh tambah jika sukakan pedas)<\/li>\n<li>Sebiji bawang holland<\/li>\n<li>Sedikit air asam jawa<\/li>\n<li>3 helai daun limau purut<\/li>\n<li>Garam<\/li>\n<li>Minyak masak<\/li>\n<li>Serbuk kunyit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara masak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1. Cuci bersih ikan keli dengan limau atau asam jawa untuk hilangkan bau hanyir. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan goreng ikan keli tadi sehingga ia menjadi garing. Angkat, toskan minyak dan ketepikan. Maukkan pula daun limau purut serta bawang holland dan perasakan. Kemudian masukkan ikan keli yang telah digoreng tadi. Gaul sebati dan siap untuk dihidangkan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tips Menyediakan Resepi Ikan Keli Berlada:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lumur ikan keli tersebut dengan tepung gandum atau jagung, kemudian panaskan minyak dan masukkan sedikit tepung ke dalam minyak tersebut, barulah dimasukkan ikan.<\/li>\n<li>Kalau Mommy beli ikan keli di pasar, biasanya penjual sudah membuang isi perut dan jika pelanggan mahu, kepala ikan keli juga akan dibuang. Walaupun kepala ikan keli tiada isi, tetapi rasanya lebih lazat dan manis berbanding isinya. Oleh itu, ketika ingin memasak menu ikan keli, lebih baik kepalanya tidak dibuang. Walau apa pun, ikut selera dan cita rasa Mommy sendiri.<\/li>\n<li>Di antara leher ikan keli dan bahagian badannya, terdapat gumpalan darah kecil di bahagian kiri dan kanan tulang belakang ikan keli.
