Memang sangat sedap jika dinikmati dengan nasi yang masih lagi panas, anak-anak pun pasti akan menggemarinya.<\/p>\n<p>Menu ini sangat simple dan tak memerlukan banyak bahan untuk menyediakannya. Ia sangat cepat dimasak dan sesuai untuk Mommy yang berkerjaya dan sibuk dalam pelbagai urusan.<\/p>\n<p>Terdapat dua versi resepi yang kami kongsikan, Mommy boleh pilih yang mana satu menjadi kegemaran Mommy. Gaul isi ikan dengan kunyit dan garam. Cuci sehingga bersih isi ikan merah tersebutd dan toskan airnya. Setelah minyak panas, Mommy masukkan perlahan-lahan ikan ke dalamnya. Goreng ikan tersebut. Pastikan ia tidak garing kerana kalau terlalu garing, agak sukar untuk kuah menyerap masuk ke dalam isi ikan nanti.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Kemudian, Mommy tumis pula bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia yang telah dihiris nipis.
