Tidak memerlukan hidangan sampingan yang banyak, cukup sekadar dihidangkan bersama air asam kerisik yang pasti menambahkan lagi selera semua.<\/p>\n<p>Selain rasa nasinya yang sangat sedap, ia juga menjadi menu pilihan kerana bahan-bahannya mudah diperolehi dan cara menyediakannya tidak memerlukan tenaga yang banyak. Tambahan pula nasi ini boleh disajikan kepada anak-anak yang masih kecil kerana nasinya sahaja sudah terasa enak walaupun dimakan begitu sahaja.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk memudahkan Mommy menyediakan hidangan ini, kami kongsikan cara-cara memasak nasi daging utara yang sangat sedap untuk Mommy cuba.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resepi Nasi Daging Utara<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Berikut merupakan cara-cara untuk menyediakan menu ini iaitu:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bahan-bahan rebusan daging:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg daging<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar rempah kurma<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu besar lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>2 biji bawang besar<\/li>\n<li>3 ulas bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>2 inci halia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Cara-cara masak:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>#1. Masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan lada hitam ke dalam pengisar dan kisar hingga halus. Tuangkan sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan tersebut sehingga berbau wangi.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Panaskan mentega di dalam periuk. Tumis bahan hirisan bersama rempah empat sekawan.
