Mula-mula, Mommy panaskan minyak dan masukkan rempah penumis bersama bahan kisar sehingga ia wangi.<\/p>\n<p>#2. Kemudian, masukkan rempah kurma (tidak perlu bancuh dengan air) dan perlu kacau dengan cepat. Masukkan sedikit air supaya ia tidak hangus, kacau sebati semua bahan.<\/p>\n<p>#3. Setelah itu, masukkan daging serta air dan masak sehingga daging empuk. Ketika daging hampir empuk, baharulah masukkan santan dan ubi kentang. Apabila siap dimasak, Mommy boleh tabur semua sayuran seperti di atas.
