Ada je yang cepat turun bergantung pada orang la jugak. Tapi janganlah try nak makan pil kurus ke apa sebab semua ini normal. Jangan stress! Makin stress, makin tak cukup tidur, makin gugur rambut,\u00a0 makin tak menawan la nanti. Ingat ya?<\/p>\n<h1>5. Minum Banyak Air<\/h1>\n<p>Kalau badan cukup air, kulit pun nampak lembap je kan. <em>Eh?<\/em> Rasanya macam semua orang dah tahu je pasal ni. Apa-apa pun minum air memang penting dalam hidup kita. Cuba minum 4-5 gelas sehari kalau rasa macam 8 gelas sehari tu banyak sangat. Memang akan nampak beza dekat kulit.
