kecil, mempunyai warna hitam, coklat ataupun putih dan ia dituai daripada tumbuhan berbunga yang tergolong dalam kumpulan keluarga pudina dikenali sebagai Salvia hispanica yang berasal dari Mexico dan Guatemala.<\/p>\n<p>Antara cadangan dos untuk pengambilan biji chia ini adalah sebanyak 20 gram atau lebih kurang 1.5 sudu besar dua kali sehari.<\/p>\n<p>Anda juga digalakkan untuk mengambil air
