Haid dan nifas adalah proses fisiologi yang terjadi bagi seorang wanita normal. Jelasnya, ia merupakan fitrah seorang wanita dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.<\/p>\n<p>Jangka atau tempoh seseorang wanita itu tidak sama tetapi\u00a0 kebiasaanya tidak melebihi 14 hari. Pada waktu itu, tidak dibenarkan untuk melakukan ibadah solat.<\/p>\n<p>Mommy rasa wa-was nak lakukan ibadah lain ketika haid dan nifas? Jangan risau. Mommy tetap boleh melakukan amalan lain untuk pengisian jiwa dan hati supaya tidak merasa lemau dan kosong.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai seorang muslim, tiada alasan untuk kita terbatas melakukan ibadah lain dan tetap menjaga baik hubungan dengan Allah SWT.<\/p>\n<p>Haid adalah kitaran normal bagi setiap perempuan apabila dia sudah pun mencapai umur akil baligh.
