toskan.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah itu, Mommy perap udang dengan sedikit garam dan serbuk kunyit. Biarkan ia seketika supaya lebih mesra.<\/li>\n<li>Tuang minyak ke dalam kuali. Apabila minyak sudah panas, Mommy goreng udang tadi sehingga ia garing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Langkah 2: Menyediakan Bahan Kisar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sementara menunggu udang masak, Mommy sediakan pula bahan kisar. Kisar bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan serai hingga halus.<\/li>\n<li>Pastikan bahan-bahan ini dikisar dengan baik supaya membentuk pes yang licin dan halus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Langkah 3: Menyediakan Kuah untuk Resepi Udang Masak Merah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Tuangkan santan ke dalam kuali dan kacau rata. Biarkan kuah mendidih perlahan-lahan.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan gula merah dan asam jawa secukup rasa. Mommy boleh menyesuaikan rasa dengan menambah lebih banyak gula atau asam jawa jika perlu.<\/p>\n<p>6. Biarkan kuah mendidih beberapa minit, supaya bahan sebati dan kuah menjadi pekat. Kacau sekali-sekala supaya tidak hangus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Langkah 4: Memasak Udang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
