Pertama sekali, Mommy sediakan semua bahan yang diperlukan. Bersihkan udang dan ketepikan. Pastikan api sederhana untuk mengelakkan mentega hangus. Ini hanya perlu mengambil masa beberapa minit, bergantung pada saiz udang. Setelah udang masak, angkat dan ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>#3. Dalam kuali yang sama digunakan untuk menggoreng udang, masukkan sedikit lagi mentega jika perlu.<\/p>\n<p>#4. Tumiskan bawang putih dan cili api yang dipotong dadu (jika guna) hingga naik bau dan sedikit garing. Setelah bawang putih dan cili tumis sebati, tuangkan susu cair ke dalam kuali. Kemudian, masukkan sedikit garam mengikut citarasa Mommy.<\/p>\n<p>#6. Setelah adunan susu mendidih dan sedikit pekat, masukkan semula udang yang telah digoreng tadi ke dalam kuali. Kacau rata supaya udang tenggelam dalam adunan buttermilk.<\/p>\n<p>#7. Masak adunan dengan api sederhana sehingga sos pekat dan melekat pada udang. Ini mungkin mengambil masa beberapa minit. Pastikan Mommy sentiasa kacau supaya adunan tidak melekat pada bahagian bawah kuali.<\/p>\n<p>#8.
