Pisang padang perlu di lenyek hingga lumat. Campurkan sedikit santan untuk memberikan kelembutan pada adunan. Masukkan tepung gandum sedikit demi sedikit sambil gaul rata. Pastikan adunan tidak terlalu lembik. Jika perlu, tambah tepung lagi sehingga adunan menjadi tidak lembik dan mudah dibentuk.<\/p>\n<p>#3. Tumbuk isi kelapa putih sehingga halus.
