Di Eropah, kebanyakan suri rumah akan guna \u201cmallet\u201d yang diperbuat daripada kayu dan berbentuk seperti tukul untuk mengetuk daging untuk menjadi lembut. Tapi di Malaysia, kita boleh gunakan lesung batu je. Ketuk sikit-sikit je jangan sampai lenyek pulak. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) Anda juga boleh <strong>menggaulkan daging dengan tepung gandum atau tepung jagung<\/strong> dan perapkan daging tu selama 5 minit untuk lembutkan ia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) <strong>Gunakan buah Kiwi<\/strong>. Ya, Kiwi. Kupas dan lenyekkan sebiji kiwi dan gaulkan kiwi tu dengan satu kilogram daging yang telah dipotong dadu. Perap daging yang dah gaul dengan sebiji kiwi tadi selama 15 minit. Kaedah ini sesuai sangat kalau anda nak masak daging goreng kunyit atau pun nak \u201cstir-fry\u201d daging. Tapi kaedah ni tak sesuai untuk masakan yang didihkan begitu lama seperti rendang atau masak lemak. Alternatif lain yang anda boleh gunakan selain buah kiwi ialah <strong>guna daun betik atau buah betik muda<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) <strong>Guna Nanas<\/strong>. S<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">elain daripada kiwi dan betik, buah nanas juga boleh digunakan sebagai ejen melembutkan daging. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kaedah yang sama macam buah kiwi tadi. Lenyekkan dulu nanas tu lepas tu gaulkan dengan daging dan perap selama 15 minit.
