berbeza daripada bulan-bulan yang lain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Semasa berbuka, pastikan kita mengambil makanan yang bernutrisi, kaya dengan vitamin dan mineral yang sepatutnya untuk membekalkan tenaga Kurma yang kaya dengan serat, vitamin, dan mineral dapat memberikan tenaga sejurus anda berbuka.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Elakkan Makanan Berat Pada Waktu Malam<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Makan malam yang lebih berat adalah digalakkan sebaik sahaja selepas mengerjakan solat Maghrib.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hidangan makan malam yang disarankan ialah 1 \u00bd cawan nasi putih, 1 ketul ikan atau ayam, 1 cawan sayur campur. Malaysia dan di beberapa buah negara yang lain.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Ramadan di Malaysia VS Luar Negara<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Perbezaan masa berbuka dan sahur<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di Malaysia, jangka masa berpuasa adalah <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astroawani.com\/gaya-hidup\/tempoh-masa-berpuasa-di-seluruh-dunia-175664\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lebih kurang selama 13-14 jam<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perbezaan garisan
