makanan-makanan tersebut dapat menyegarkan badan selepas bersalin supaya tidak mudah lesu serta membantu dalam penyembuhan luka bersalin, samada dalaman atau luaran.<\/p>\n<p>Sakit-sakit badan juga dapat dielakkan jika Mama rajin mematuhi peraturan makanan pantang larang lepas bersalin ini.<\/p>\n<p>Mama tahu tak, bukan orang Melayu sahaja yang mengamalkan makanan pantang selepas bersalin, tetapi kaum Cina dan India juga ada pantang larang mereka tersendiri termasuklah dari segi pemakanan.<\/p>\n<p>Tempoh berpantang selalunya terpulang kepada Mama sendiri, tetapi yang biasa diamalkan adalah sebanyak 30 hingga ke 50 hari.<\/p>\n<p>Mesti ada antara Mama yang tidak <em>familiar<\/em> dengan makanan pantang, lalu menganggap makanan-makanan tersebut tidak sedap bukan?<\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya, kebanyakan makanan pantang bukan saja berkhasiat, tetapi, memang lazat!<\/p>\n<p>Lebih-lebih lagi pada zaman sekarang, di mana terdapat pelbagai jenis resipi yang telah
