Koffie Craft

Nestled at the front of the Sphere, Bangsar South, Koffie Craft is a distinctly Dutch café where you’ll find a lot of authentic Dutch pastries and desserts. This means lots of waffles in the menu, served in both sweet and Savory manners.

Whether you’re here for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or tea time), you should try their Dutch Baby, a type of oven baked pancake which you can have with Savory fillings (e.g. the Butter Chicken Dutch Baby) or sweet fillings (e.g. the Cherry Berry Baby). Also, there’s the Rijst-Tafel platter, a mix of rice, fish, prawns, chicken, vegetables, omelette and a piping hot potato waffle.

Sunbather offers coffees and teas, as well as a Japanese inspired brunch menu. It’s a great place if you’re looking for an all-in-one bento or Japanese thick bread sandwiches (known as Sando). Try their Hambagu Omurice bento with a hefty 200-gram chicken Hamburg steak, or a Salmon Shioyaki Bento for a filling meal.

This airy and well-lit café is also home to a myriad of sweet treats, again Japanese inspired. Pick their Matcha or Hojicha roll cake if you’re in the mood. Otherwise, there’s the Yaki Imo Aisu for hot days, which is house made tonka vanilla ice cream over a piping hot sweet potato and crunchy crème brûlée with candied walnuts.
