Ingredients
- Curry leaves
- Curry powder
- Onion, garlic, ginger
- Spices cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon
- Potatoes
- Tamarind
- Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Saute the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add the spices and curry leaves. Saute until crisp.
- Once crispy, you can add chicken and potatoes.
- Add water, tamarind, coconut milk, and salt to taste. Done!
