Donkas Lab basically serves only one specialty, which is Korean-style deep fried pork cutlets. However, they’re so good at it that they’ve made a name for themselves selling just these cutlets in various styles and sauces. Here at Donkas, you can get your crispy piece of pork cutlet served with rice of noodles. The usual and most basic style would be a piece of breaded pork cutlet with demi-glace sauce with rice and salad.

However, you can also be a bit adventurous and order your pork cutlet with Mala sauce, or with a cold Spicy Mul Naeng Myun. They also have kimchi fried rice, and red carbonara Topokki to go with your cutlet.
