Benefits of Oats

We all know eating oatmeal is good for our health but not everyone loves the taste or texture of oats. These cute and delicious oatmeal bear cookies will make eating oatmeal enjoyable and you will be surprised to see your children even asking for more.

  • For the Health

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They are high in soluble fibre which is important for our gut health, aid in weight loss, improve blood sugar levels and helps to keep cholesterol in check.

  • For the Skin

Furthermore, oat also boasts a load of benefits for our skin. Oat that is rich in protein and lipid, exhibits anti-inflammatory properties that help to ease itchiness causing by dry or irritated skin. Flavonoids in oat help to protect our skin from harsh pollutants and chemicals.

You can get some of these ingredients here.

As for this recipe, the dough is enough to make 12 bears. I highly recommend for you to double or triple each amount used in the ingredients because they are simply delicious! Once you have a bite, you won’t be able to stop!
