CHEESEY BANANA FRITTERS
INGREDIENTS:
- Gerber® Organic Rice Cereal
- Banana purée (Blend a banana)
- Cream cheese
- Unbleached flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix ingredients well and add water or breast milk until desired consistency is reached (good enough to be able to spoon the mixture out and mould it into mini balls).
- Heat up a pan and pour in pure olive oil.
- Spoon the mixture out and mould it accordingly to create mini balls, and fry them on the pan.
- Toss and use kitchen tissues to wipe off excess oil.
