Especially during this staying at home period, most of us have a lot of free time to go an extra length to prepare more elaborate meals that can be done at home.

1. Mushroom Soup with Garlic bread

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Unsalted butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 Bowl of Button Mushroom
  • 1 Small bowl of Full Cream Milk
  • 1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with water in small bowls
  • Black pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Red onion
  • Mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp of cream cheese

Instructions:

Garlic Bread

  1. Spread unsalted butter on bread.
  2. Sprinkle some garlic powder (may use diced garlic).
  3. Burn in oven for 10 min in 150℃.

Mushroom soup

  1. Stir-fry garlic and red onion.
  2. Add the diced button mushrooms.
  3. Add corn flour and stir until soup thickens.
  4. Pour in full cream milk and add cream cheese and stir.
  5. Sprinkle some mixed herbs and black pepper.
  6. You may blend or just serve as it is for your toddler.

2. Grilled Banana

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cinnamon ground

Instructions:

  1. Cut the bananas in halves.
  2. Use a small fire to melt unsalted butter.
  3. Add the banana, and take it out when it turns yellowish.
  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon ground and serve

3. Probiotic Drink

Ingredients:

  • Fruits such as banana, grapes, mangoes or even dragon fruit.
  • Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Choose sweet fruit and blend fruits separately.
  2. Filter the fruit juice.
  3. Blend water with 2 tbsp of yogurt.

4. Ayam Masak Lemak

Ingredients:

  • Lemongrass
  • Ginger
  • Big red onions
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic
  • Coconut milk
  • Chicken
  • Potatoes
  • Black Mustard Seed (Sawi)

Instructions:

  1. Blend lemongrass, ginger, big red onions, turmeric and garlic together.
  2. Stir-fry the blended ingredients.
  3. Add in some water and coconut milk.
  4. Put in the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Add in the mustard vegetable (sawi) when it begins to boil.
  6. Serve with rice.

5. Bihun Ladna

  • Vermicelli noodles (Bihun)
  • Garlic and Red onions
  • Chicken
  • Corn flour
  • Other preferred vegetables and Tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Boil the vermicelli noodles and drain it.
  2. Stir-fry red onion and garlic.
  3. Add 1 bowl of corn flour mixed with water.
  4. Add chicken and vegetables.
  5. Add tomatoes.
  6. Ready to serve.

6. Baby Pasta Tomyam

Ingredients:

  • Lime leaves
  • Tomato paste
  • Black Mustard Seed (Sawi)
  • Carrot
  • Chicken
  • Red onion

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil and stir fry the red onion.
  2. Add the lime leaves and 4 tbsp of tomato paste.
  3. Add in the chicken and 1 cup of water.
  4. Add chopped carrot and mustard (sawi).
  5. Let it boil.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.

7. Mango Pudding

  • Jelly
  • Full cream milk
  • Mangoes

Instructions:

  1. Boil jelly until it melts together with the water.
  2. Add full cream milk.
  3. Add smoothly blended mango.
  4. Wait for the mixture to cool down and pour it into the trays.
  5. Put it in the fridge and enjoy.

8. Milky Oats with Banana and Mango

9. Nasi Goreng Pattaya

  • Red onion

  • Rice
  • Egg

Instructions:

  1. Stir-fry red onion and garlic.
  2. Add chicken and vegetables.
  3. Add rice and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fry the egg separately.
  5. Put the fried rice on the egg and wrap it up.

10. Muffin Dates

  • 2 tbsp of unbleached flour
  • 4 tbsp of puree dates
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Instruction:

  1. Mix the flour, puree dates and baking powder together.
  2. Bake in oven for 30 min in 170℃.

11. Banana cake + cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of Unbleached Flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Blueberries 15-20
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces of bananas
  • Cinnamon Ground

Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Break and mix the egg.
  3. Add flour and Baking Powder.
  4. Add Cinnamon powder.
  5. Mix until batter is consistent.
  6. Pour batter into the container.
  7. Arrange blueberries.
  8. Bake in the oven in 170-180 ℃ for 20-30 min.

12. Banana Muffin

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 piece banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 9 pieces of blueberries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs of vanilla essence

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour batter into muffin tins.
  3. Preheat oven to 170℃ and bake for 25 minutes.

13. Banana Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Instant oat
  • Banana

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats in hot water.
  2. Add yogurt and the mashed banana.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together.

14. Corn Rice with “Sambal Ayam Cincang”

Ingredients:

  • Big Onion
  • Rice
  • Corn
  • Tomato Paste
  • Chicken

Instructions:

  1. Cook Rice with corn until it’s soft.
  2. Stir-fry onions.
  3. Add Tomato Paste.
  4. Put in the chicken.
  5. Ready to serve.

15. Baby Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • Baby noodles
  • Tomato Paste
  • Onions
  • Chicken
  • Vegetables (of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Boil baby noodles and drain it.
  2. Stir-Fry onions and tomato paste.
  3. Add minced chicken and diced vegetable (I use fine cabbage cauliflower).
  4. Cook until the oil breaks.
  5. Blend the mixture.
  6. Pour on baby noodles and enjoy.

16. Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups of unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp of full cream milk

Instructions:

  1. Hit the white egg until it becomes a meringue and put it on the side.
  2. Put in the yellow egg in the container.
  3. Insert 2 sb unbleached flour and whisk it.
  4. Add vanilla essence.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of full cream milk.
  6. Mix it into the white egg that was beaten.
  7. Cook on fire slow.

17. Creamy Corn Pearl Sago

Ingredients:

  • Pearl sago
  • Sweet corn
  • Pumpkin
  • Cream cheese
  • Full cream milk

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Pearl sago for 10-15 min, then drain and put it aside.
  2. Boil the pumpkin and sweet corn until soft then mash with ladle.
  3. Add full cream milk with cream cheese and mix.
  4. Lastly, add the sago and mix.
  5. Ready to serve.

18. Mashed Potato with Mango

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Full cream milk
  • 2 tbsp of Puree dates

Instructions:

  1. Steam the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan and add 1 cup of full cream milk.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of Cheese Cream and Puree Dates.
  4. Add some water and stir until it thickens.
  5. Mash the potatoes and pour sauce on top.
  6. Ready to serve.

19. Seafood Creamy Baby Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Prawn
  • Full cream milk
  • Mixed herbs
  • Garlic
  • Baby Pasta
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil baby pasta, drain and put it aside.
  2. Stir-fry garlic with unsalted butter.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Add Cream cheese and full cream milk.
  5. When it’s boiling, add baby pasta and mixed herbs.
  6. Ready to serve.

20. Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 cups of flour unbleached
  • Blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Add mashed blueberries.
  3. Cook on slow fire.
