Thinly sliced meat
Broccoli (cut into medium-sized pieces)

5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

soy sauce

tbsp
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2
tbsp
1/2 tablespoon of white pepper powder
Cooking oil
Instructions
In a bowl, marinade the beef pieces in sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, oyster sauce and white pepper. Set aside for now.
Finely slice the onion, ginger and garlic.
Sautee in a pan of oil under medium heat until fragrant.
Add in the marinated beef and allow to cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in the broccoli and allow to cook until tender.
Add as much water as you prefer. Taste for seasoning. Add more salt if desired
Serve hot or warm.
