slices of red radish

bird's eye chili
Brazilian spinach
Malaysian spinach
Chinese chives

eggs

sausage

pack
of instant noodles (Maggi brand)
Cooking oil
Instructions
Boil Maggie noodles with sausage. Drain and set aside.
Slice sausages into medallions once well cooked.
Finely slice veggies (including aromatics) and set aside.
In a bowl crack eggs and add Maggie seasoning and beat until well mixed.
Add the cooked Maggie noodles along with the sausage medallions, and the veggies you’ve prepared (except onions, garlic and carrots). Stir well.
Heat some oil in a pan under medium heat.
Sautee onions, garlic and carrots until fragrant.
Pour in the egg, noodle, veggies mixture and flatten it out.
Cook like an omelette until golden brown.
Serve with garnishes of your choice.
