Spaghetti Aglio Olio

medium-sized shrimp

medium-sized squid
cut into rings

onion

cloves
garlic
capsicums
green, yellow, red
white pepper
chili flakes
Instructions
Dice all veggies and aromatics.
Boil noodles until El dente, follow directions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Sautee squid and prawns until cooked and all moisture has evaporated.
In a separate pot, heat some oil and sauté garlic, onions, pepper, chili flakes and salt.
Add in the capsicum and cook until tender.
Add in the noodles and seafood and stir until well incorporated.
Serve hot.
