oyster sauce

red chilies

bird's eye chili
sweet soy sauce
chicken egg
Instructions
Finely slice onions and garlic.
Fry some eggs in a pot of oil and set aside.
In a separate bowl sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant and translucent.
Add in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Sautee for a couple more minute before adding in the chilies and some water.
Add in the fried eggs and you’re done.
