Ingredients

dried tofu️

cube chicken stock
minced meat

Instructions
Slice open the tofu into four quarters making sure the sides stay intact.
Remove the insides and set aside for later. You will be left with tofu “boxes”.
Boil some potatoes until fork tender and set aside to cool.
In a pan heat some oil and sauté the minced beef until cooked.
In a bowl mash the cooked potatoes, tofu insides, fried shallots, celery leaves and chicken stock cube, salt, pepper and eggs.
Stuff the mixture into your tofu boxes, coat in an egg wash and fry for a few minutes.
Serve hot with your favourite condiments.
