Instructions
Finely slice aromatics and veggies.
In a mortar and pestle grind, garlic and ginger into a paste.
Mix with the beef cubes, salt and turmeric powder.
Fry without oil under a medium heat until dry.
Then add oil and the green beans, carrots, onion, and chilies.
Sauté until tender and cooked.
Serve with warm rice.
