These egg rolls are fun to make and definitely something you should get your kids to participate in. Telur Bungkus is a sweet and savoury roll full of meat and veggies. Perfect as a snack or appetiser.

Instructions
Slice garlic, onions and spring onions.
Dice the beef into small cubes.
Sautee the beef cubes until cooked.
Add in the mixed veggies, along with the onions, spring onions and garlic.
Add in sugar and salt to taste.
Beat two eggs and scramble in with the rest of the meat and veggies. This is your filling.
In a separate pan, heat some oil and make thin egg crepes. These will serve as your wrap.
On a plate, spread some sauce on one half of the egg crepe followed by some of the scrambled egg/beef mixture. Roll as if you would a burrito.
Serve hot or warm as is.
