Ingredients

evaporated milk
curry leaves

garlic
turmeric powder

salted egg yolk
Instructions
Boil some salted eggs until hard. Remove the hard yolk and set aside.
Finely dice the garlic.
Marinade the prawns in salt and turmeric powder.
Fry prawns in oil until well cooked.
In a separate pan, heat some oil under medium heat and sauté the garlic and curry leaves until fragrant.
Add in the milk, salted egg yolk bits and stir until thickened.
Add back in the fried prawns and stir to combine.
Taste for seasoning and add more salt if desired.
Serve with white rice.
